I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OANA Healthcare & Consulting, where I lead with a strategic vision rooted in operational excellence, regulatory precision, and clinical integrity. With a distinguished background as a Healthcare Administrative Professional, I possess a proven track record of driving sustainable top- and bottom-line growth for healthcare organizations navigating complex and competitive markets. Under my leadership, OANA has empowered over 300 clients to establish, optimize, and scale their healthcare enterprises with enduring success.
My expertise lies in building and mobilizing high-performing teams that consistently exceed benchmarks in patient satisfaction, clinical quality, compliance, infection control, and service delivery. I have orchestrated enterprise-wide initiatives in policy development, staff education, and audit preparedness, while simultaneously implementing strategic interventions to resolve emergent clinical and operational challenges. I am adept at aligning cross-functional teams with regulatory mandates and organizational goals, fostering cultures of accountability, innovation, and professional excellence. Through visionary leadership and a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, I remain committed to transforming care delivery and elevating the operational standards of healthcare institutions.
