OANA is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees', clients, guests, and visitors. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace, as well as creating a safe and hygienic environment for client’s residents, OANA has developed a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan and safety precautions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Managers and workers are all responsible for implementing this plan. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplaces and communities, and that requires full cooperation among our clients, workers, and management.
Our goal is to provide quality health care information to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our team, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you scheduled your consultation, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow healthcare CEO's, please call our office as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24-hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (832.600.0731) between the hours of (9am-5pm Monday-Friday). If no one answers, please leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. In addition, you may email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) to cancel your appointment.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than (24-hours) before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client. You will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your consultation fee.
For new clients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new client fee.
The consultation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel your appointment either by calling (832.600.0731) and/or emailing (email@example.com) OANA Healthcare & Consulting, LLC more than 24-hours prior to your appointment time. You may cancel for any reason. Upon request, your credit card will be credited the amount of the consultation fee you paid to schedule the consultation.
