Project-Based Fees

The rate is determined by estimating how much time will be spent on a project. Most projects require several stages such as the following:

Are the consultation fees negotiable?

No. Pricing is fixed; however, long-term engagements may be considered for adjusted rates.

Professional Fee: $25,000 – $120,000
(Pricing is determined by practice size, service mix, regulatory requirements, staffing needs, technology implementation, and overall project complexity.)

Consultant Travel Expense

If the Consultant is required to travel on behalf of the Company/Client, the Company/Client is responsible for the reimburse to the Consultant for all pre-approved travel expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the performance of duties as a consultant. 

Ongoing consulting services:

Monthly Fee: $5,000 – $12,000
(Pricing varies based on scope of services, level of involvement, practice size, and operational complexity.)

VIP Days Fee: $6,500 – $12,000 (Pricing varies based on scope, location, and level of customization.):

Our VIP Day(s) provide an intensive, one-on-one session with one of our expert consultants, designed to deliver high-impact results for you and your business. Each engagement includes 6–8 hours of focused work, either on-site or virtually, tailored to your organization’s specific needs.

During the session, we will:

  • Analyze organizational practices and operational workflows

  • Identify areas of inefficiency or gaps

  • Recommend actionable solutions for processes, performance, HR strategies, and operations support

By the end of the VIP Day, you will have clear, actionable insights and a roadmap to improve your operations, optimize HR and staffing, and enhance overall business performance.
