Project-Based Fees
The rate is determined by estimating how much time will be spent on a project. Most projects require several stages such as the following:

No. However, with long-term projects, there may be some room for negotiation.

Group Coaching
Group coaching fee is $200.00 per hour, for 3-10 clients.
Consultant Travel Expense
If the Consultant is required to travel on behalf of the Company/Client, the Company/Client is responsible for the reimburse to the Consultant for all pre-approved travel expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the performance of duties as a consultant.
Ongoing consulting services:
$2,500–$3,500 per month, depending on the scope of work.
VIP Days (fee $3,500-$8,000):
Our VIP Day(s), consist of you and one of our hyper-focused Consultant, working together to achieve beneficial outcomes. The client receives 6-8 hours of services at their location.

We work together 1:1 on what is most present and important for you and your business. We will analyze organizational practices, identify weaknesses, processes, and recommend solutions.
At the end of our day, you will have further clarification on how to improve processes and performance, HR strategies, operations support, and more.
