Consulting Process
Step 1
Schedule an appointment to speak with a Healthcare Consultant. The potential client will receive a free 20-minute consultation. You may contact us via email (oana@oanahealthcare.com),
or by phone

Step 4
Depending on the objectives, will determine if a face-to-face meeting is necessary to improve efficiency, profits, and/or structure of the organization.
Step 2
During the consultation we will discuss your organization needs, issues, and/or goals.
Step 5
Prior to services being provided, the entire amount owed for consulting services must be paid.
Step 3
We will submit a contract, which you will review, sign and complete. Contracts are only for projects, not consultations.
Step 6
Follow-up meeting: Which includes a free 20-minute consultation, to gauge your process and receive feedback. This complimentary service is for project work only, consultation clients will receive a follow-up email.
