  from an accredited Texas State Board of Social Worker. Out of state licensure is encourage to apply.  Minimum 1 year of nursing experience is required, for a supervisor position. Recently graduates are welcomed.

Certified Social Work Case Manager (C-SWCM) and Certified Social Worker in Health Care (C-SWHC) preferred.

A bachelor degree in occupational therapy from a university certified by the ACOTE (Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education) or AOTA (American -Occupational Therapy Association) or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field (such as biology, psychology, or health science) and a master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program. 

Certified by the National Board for Certification. Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements. Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to take care of clients with different personalities. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Ability to assess patient condition and work with treatment plans. Current CPR certification. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and liability insurance.

speech therapist

A Master’s degree in Speech-language Pathology or Bachelor’s degree and valid Texas Education Agency speech therapy certificate. Valid Texas license as a speech-language pathologist granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) 

 Valid state license or certification. National Certification of Clinical Competence granted by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience with certain conditions or working with specific age groups may be preferred. Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments. Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases. Attentive and caring, with the ability to remain patience. Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), if assigned to school age clients.
