OANA is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees', clients, guests, and visitors. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace, as well as creating a safe and hygienic environment for client’s residents, OANA has developed a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan and safety precautions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Managers and workers are all responsible for implementing this plan. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplaces and communities, and that requires full cooperation among our clients, workers, and management.

Prepare meals and organize mealtimes.
2.
Maintain a safe workplace, by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and report concerns to staff and parents. Keep a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment.
3.
Maintain accurate and complete children records as required by laws, organization policies, and administrative regulations.
4.
Maintain a friendly and accommodating relationship with each child’s family. As well as, work with parents to help children progress towards recovering.
5.
Support the social and emotional growth and well-being of children. Implement educational, age-appropriate activities.
6.
Prepare reports on child(ren) and activities as required by administration. Collaborate with parents and staff in the development, evaluation, and revision of the care plan.
7.
Provide disabled patients with medical devices, supportive technology, and assistance accessing facilities such as restrooms.
