  • CANCELLATION of a class must be made a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the class to be eligible for a full refund.

    Absolutely no refunds or transfers will be made without notice prior to the beginning of the class – notification can be made by email (oana@oanahealthcare.com). (Though emails may not be read until after the class – the time and date stamp will verify the notification)

    Emergency circumstances (i.e. death in family, illness, car problems, etc.):

    A refund will be made only if the notification is 24 hours prior to the beginning of the class

    If notification is less than 24 hours – a one-time transfer will be made – there will not be a refund of money

    SUBSTITUTIONS (one person replacing another) may be made. A substitution can be made at any time (even the day of the class), but the substitute must know the name of the person that they are replacing. We must receive an email, regarding the replacement.

    IF A REFUND IS DUE, it will be made in the manner of original payment – if the payment was online, the refund will be to the card used for the payment.

    CLASS CANCELLATION:
    If a class is cancelled due to lack of participation or instructor emergency – registrants will be notified by email and/or by phone. The registrant will be given a choice of a refund, or a reschedule. If the registrant is not available and there is no response by the end of the business day of the notification or they are indecisive as to what class they would like to transfer to, a refund will automatically be made.

    Confirmation:
    You will receive a confirmation via email once you register for the training class. 

    Cost: The fee is $400.00 per person, no exceptions.
