Respite care provides a short-term relief for caregivers of a child or adult.
The service could also be utilize to provide time-limited breaks for families and care givers of children, who are overwhelmed, and exhausted due to ongoing daily care. Seeking support to maintain a healthy balance, allows the primary care giving relationship to remain positive. Respite Care can be customized to accommodate the caregiver's schedule, such as afternoons, weekdays, or weeks. As well as locations (home, day-care centers, residential centers, and hospice).
